Last year, I ordered ginger so I could grow my own, or at least give it a try. Hubby’s idea turned out to be a great one, so we have ginger root ready to sprout and spread.
He dug up some of the ginger, put it in a bucket, covered it with dirt. I kept it in the spare bathroom all winter, but with the daffodils blooming, and bulbs shooting up, I had to peek at what was happening under that dirt.
Yes, he’s a keeper and so is this ginger! We have drizzling rain today…a good day for potting ginger and taking droplet photos.
